1. Who we are

EM Courses LTD provides an online pay-as-you-go SBA exam revision platform. Users can purchase access passes to practise SBA questions, use revision and exam-style modes, view explanations, and track progress.

2. Use of the platform

You may use the platform for personal study and exam revision purposes only.

You must not:

• Share your login details with another person
• Copy, reproduce, download, sell, or redistribute our questions or explanations
• Use the platform for commercial training or teaching without written permission
• Attempt to access parts of the system that you are not authorised to use
• Interfere with the security or operation of the website

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused or shared.

4. Access passes

Access to revision content is provided through pay-as-you-go access passes.

Access passes are one-off payments unless clearly stated otherwise at the point of purchase.

Access starts after successful payment and continues for the access period purchased.

Once the access period expires, access to paid content may end unless another access pass is purchased.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We do not store full card details on our servers.

Prices are shown on the website before purchase. We may change prices from time to time, but this will not affect access passes already purchased.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because the platform provides instant digital access, refunds may not be available once an access pass has been activated or used.

7. Educational use only

The content on the platform is provided for educational and revision purposes only.

Although we aim to provide accurate and useful learning material, we do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in passing any exam.

Users remain responsible for their own study, preparation, and exam decisions.

8. Content accuracy

We aim to keep the platform content accurate and up to date. However, medical guidance, exam formats, and best practice may change over time.

Users should use their own judgement and refer to official guidance, exam bodies, and professional sources where appropriate.

9. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, platform content, design, branding, and software belong to EM Courses LTD or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any platform content without written permission.

10. Availability of the service

We aim to keep the website available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EM Courses LTD will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or exam-related outcomes arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
