Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our service

EM Courses LTD provides online digital access to SBA exam revision content, including question bank access, study modes, explanations, and progress tracking.

Access passes are purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis. This means customers can buy short-term access to the platform without entering into a long-term subscription.

2. Digital access

Once payment is completed successfully, access to the purchased revision content is made available digitally through the website.

No physical goods are shipped.

3. Refunds

Because our service provides instant digital access to online revision content, refunds are generally not available once an access pass has been activated or used.

However, we may consider a refund in the following situations:

• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
• Payment was taken but access was not provided due to a technical issue.
• The wrong access pass was purchased and the access has not been used.
• There was another clear payment or access issue caused by our platform.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellations

Our access passes are one-off payments and are not recurring subscriptions unless clearly stated at the point of purchase.

This means there is usually no ongoing subscription to cancel. Access will automatically end when the purchased access period expires.

5. Technical issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the platform after payment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to resolve the issue first. If we are unable to provide access due to a fault with our platform, we may offer a refund or extend your access period.

7. Processing refunds
